Payment
– down-payment, 30% of the price of the stay is to be paid at the time of the booking.
A booking is confirmed after the down-payment. The down-payment is to be paid via the widget of the worksheet “contact and réservation” on our website (we are working with the secured site of “ke-BOOKING” (*https:// et 3D secure*).

(Are accepted, all credit or debit cards displaying the logos of : Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay as well as contactless payments (NFC) via Google and Apple Pay. Cards issued outside of France are also accepted, provided that they bear one of the aforementioned logos.
Cancellation: The down-payment will be retained for any cancellation. Any cancellation that would occur less than fifteen days before the start of the planned stay, or any non-show makes the full price of the stay payable.
In case of interruption of the stay by fact of the traveler, there will be no refund.
Tourist tax : not included.
Insurance: by booking a stay, the traveler agrees to assure responsibility towards third parties. In case you doubt that you are not properly insured, we offer you the possibility of covering yourself for the sum of 10€/stay by “HOMEASSURE”.
Security deposit: An indemnity of 300 € (by check drawn on a French bank, by Bank card or cash), covering the repair of any possible damage will be due to the host. Excepts damage, this guarantee will be fully refunded at the end of the stay.
Exit cleaning (mandatory) : The cleaning fees of 50€, only cover, after normal use by the traveler, the delivery in perfect condition of cleanliness for the entrance of the following traveler. The traveler is obliged to enjoy the places (inside and outside) as a good father. The cleaning of those places is the responsibility of the traveler during the stay.
Nonsmoking gite. The butts are to be smoke and recovered by the traveler outside. Pets are not allowed.
Arrival and Departure: Thanks you to notify us the day before, your time of arrival or departure. Rooms must be free for
11 h. Without precision, arrivals are between 17h and 10h30, departures no later than 11h.
